All items shown here besides the gluten free blueberry muffins are also oat free. Trader Joe’s has not revealed their oat sourcing so only eat the muffins if they fit your dietary needs. For an oat free swap, I’d suggest Antonina’s HUGE Certified Gluten Free Blueberry Muffins at Safeway or Albertsons.
