These gluten free Hawaiian Sweet Rolls available at Publix, Sprouts and Canyon Bakehouse’s website.

If you can’t find these gluten free Hawaiian Sweet Rolls near you, you can also swap them for any gluten free sweet bread or rolls. If you want to make this recipe dairy free, make sure whatever bread you use is gluten and dairy free.

To make, preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Grab a can of premade gluten free apple pie filling or make your own by cooking 2 small chopped apples, 1 TBSP dairy free butter, 2 TBSP coconut or brown sugar & 1 tsp cinnamon in a pan on medium heat until softened (~10 mins).

While your filling cooks, grab one package of Canyon Bakehouse’s Hawaiian Sweet Rolls and slice them all in half.

Next, make your cinnamon sugar mixture by combining 1/3 cup softened dairy free butter, 2 TBSP sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon & 1 tsp vanilla. Add half the mix to the middle of your rolls along with half your apple pie filling, and the rest of the sugar mix on top. Then bake at 350 for ~12 minutes.

Let rolls cool while you make your glaze by combining 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 TBSP dairy free butter, 2 TBSP gluten free caramel sauce or date syrup and 1-2 TBSP hot water depending on how thick you want it.

Let rolls cool slightly before adding the rest of the apple filling on top and pouring glaze. Serve with small bowls of leftover glaze and apple pie filling for dipping and enjoy!
